The new ECM Mechanika Max Smart HX impresses with innovative technology and maximum user-friendliness. Equipped with the brand new SmartHX® dual-circuit system, it combines precision and comfort in espresso preparation. An additional sensor in the brew group and a sophisticated control system guarantee a reproducible brewing temperature. The Flush Advisor warns when the machine overheats due to prolonged idle time and provides a recommendation for a flush. With the btC mode (Brew Temperature Control), the brewing temperature is set directly, ensuring consistent and precise espresso results. Pre-infusion has also been taken into account: the SmartHX® technology allows for both active and passive pre-infusion. Additionally, the machine offers numerous features such as an ECO mode, a programmable timer, and a removable cup warmer for easy access to the water tank. The quiet rotary pump and the ability to switch between the water tank and a direct water connection make the ECM Mechanika Max versatile.
The scope of delivery includes two ergonomically angled ECM filter holders with balanced weight distribution, professional tilting valves for steam and hot water extraction, a basic tamper, and a cleaning brush. The machine is ideal for both home users and professionals, providing excellent results thanks to its high-quality ECM brewing group with stainless steel bell.
The ECM S-Automatik 64 espresso grinder fits perfectly with the ECM lineup and is completely manufactured in Germany. It is equipped with a 64 mm flat burr grinder and offers a timer for reproducible grinding amounts. The grind size is adjusted continuously via a worm gear. The display allows programming of two different amounts (single and double shot), and it is also possible to grind manually. The elegant, understated design and strong motor performance make the S-Automatik 64 an excellent addition to any portafilter machine.
