The Varia VS3 – 2nd generation in elegant silver combines technical perfection with noble, modern design. The brushed aluminum surface gives the grinder a timeless look that perfectly matches any high-quality espresso machine.
Inside works a newly developed motor design with stainless steel gears that delivers a consistent grinding speed of 190 rpm – ideal for precise espresso and filter settings. Through the optimized alignment of the drive shaft and the high-precision milling set, the VS3 achieves exceptional uniformity and consistency in the ground coffee.
The stainless steel outer burr ensures even particle distribution and can be easily cleaned thanks to the integrated notches. The antistatic design guarantees that the coffee only comes into contact with metal – clean, efficient, and flavor-neutral.
With its stepless grind adjustment via the 30-g hopper, you have full control over the grind size, while the zero retention geometry with a precise angle of 76.5° ensures that no coffee grounds remain.
