This special Omniroast is the result of our close connection with the Torreo coffee roastery from Regensburg. For many years, we have been working with Torreo, sharing our passion for excellent coffee and focusing on the highest quality. Their motto "Things turn out really well when you do them carefully and with a lot of love for detail" is reflected in every bean.
The 100% Arabica espresso roast was inspired by Scandinavian summer evenings and offers a clear, vibrant flavor profile. Light roast level, pleasant acidity, and a well-integrated sweetness make it a perfect companion as an espresso or flat white. In the cup, notes of apple, kiwi, and grapefruit unfold – a fruity experience with a creamy mouthfeel.
The handpicked beans come from the Kivu region in the DR Congo. They grow at altitudes between 1,500 and 2,200 meters and are processed on the SCPNCK farm using the Double Washed Process. This extended fermentation process results in an exceptionally clear cup that resembles a fresh mountain stream.
