The NEW Fast Heat-UP mode is a revolutionary feature that significantly reduces the heating time. In just 3 minutes, the brewing kettle reaches an optimal temperature, allowing you to quickly and easily enjoy your perfect espresso.
Thanks to the integrated Flow Control Kit from the factory, you have full control over the coffee extraction process. Adjust the water flow during the brewing process to tailor the aroma and flavor notes of your espresso exactly to your liking.
The Pro 700 Drive features a stainless steel boiler with a volume of 0.75 liters for coffee preparation and a separate steam/hot water boiler made of stainless steel with a volume of 2 liters. This dual boiler system, combined with the E61 brew group, ensures precise temperature control and consistently high quality of your espresso.
The integrated PID control with OLED display allows you to individually adjust the temperature of the two boilers. Monitor the brewing time of the espresso in second increments and adjust the parameters for a perfect extraction result.
Another highlight is the Eco Mode, which maximizes the energy efficiency of the machine. With the automatic on and off function as well as the filter and cleaning reminder, you not only save energy but also time and effort in maintaining the machine.
The Profitec Pro 700 Drive is equipped with both a water tank and the option for a direct water connection, giving you maximum flexibility in placement and use. The large drip tray and removable cup holder ensure a clean working environment and make cleaning easier.
