The Mignon Turbo is basically the little sister of the Mignon XL from the label Eureka Oro. It comes in the same outfit and also offers the already beloved technical attributes of the XL. One difference is the different grinding discs. The Turbo uses hardened 65 mm steel grinding discs and no Diamond Inside discs, yet it impresses with an astonishing grinding speed of 1.8 – 2.3 g of ground coffee per second.
ACE system
The ACE system was developed to prevent the formation of clumps and to counteract the electrostatic charging of the ground material. Through the regulating effect of the coffee discharge, the ACE system ensures unparalleled cleanliness and very good dose stability.
Infinitely variable micrometric grind adjustment
The continuously adjustable micrometric system is the only one that is based on the movement of the lower grinding discs. It guarantees unparalleled grinding performance and allows maintenance work to be carried out without losing the grind setting.
High Speed Maintenance
The typical mechanical structure of the grinding disc holder, which can be disassembled with just 9 screws, allows for quick replacement and thorough cleaning of the grinding discs. This saves both valuable time and coffee.
Silent Technology
The exclusive anti-vibration solution reduces grinding noise by about 20 dB compared to conventional grinders and paves the way for a new way of grinding coffee: precise and quiet.
Espresso & Brew
The grinding disc design conceived by Eurekas engineers offers a grinding technique that is suitable for both the preparation of espresso and all types of filter coffee.
