Optional manual coffee brewing is available. The machine features an automatic cleaning program for the brew groups and impresses with its elegantly designed rounded stainless steel housing. It can be switched from a water tank to a direct water connection and is equipped with high-quality ECM brew groups with an innovative stainless steel bell. A commercial pressure switch and a built-in rotary pump are also integrated. The automatic boiler filling and professional tilt valves for steam and hot water extraction provide additional comfort.
The two ergonomically angled ECM filter holders are equipped with a balanced weight distribution, and the automatic dosing of four cup sizes allows for easy handling. This dual-circuit portafilter machine with two electric E 61 brew groups and a illuminated push-button control panel is characterized by its rotary pump and the thick-walled chrome stainless steel housing, which is elaborately designed with rounded edges and high appliance feet.
The perfectly crafted stainless steel housing impresses with its reduced lines and unique elegance. In addition to the patented ECM-E61 brewing groups, the illuminated control element for the electronics is striking, allowing you to control and program the espresso machine. On the front of the electronics, there are two outlet pipes for steam and hot water, operated with professional toggle switch valves and mounted on ball joints. These pipes are angled and equipped with a "No Burn" technology that prevents milk from burning on the steam wand while frothing. The front also features two manometers to display the pressure in the boiler and in the pump circuit, as well as a toggle switch to turn the machine on. On the top, there is a cup tray with a cup warmer.
The heating time of the electronics is 20-25 minutes, and the brewing process is controlled via the control panel. Steam extraction can already take place during the brewing process thanks to the two-circuit thermosyphon technology. This machine has a fixed water connection as well as a three-liter water tank, which features an automatic shut-off in case of fresh water shortage via a reed contact. In addition, there is an automatic cleaning program that can be started via the control panel.
Inside the Elektronika, there is a very quiet and smoothly running rotary pump that produces the necessary pressure of 9 bar for espresso. The boiler pressure and the pressure in the water circuit are displayed on the corresponding manometers on the front and can be adjusted via a pressure switch. The Elektronika contains an insulated copper boiler with a volume of 4.0 liters.
