The new Baracuda® burr grinder is the largest and most advanced burr grinder Comandante has ever developed. Thanks to optimized ridge geometry, it achieves a 2–3 times higher bean throughput than conventional hand grinders – while providing a smooth grinding experience and pleasant crank torque. This ensures every grind size is perfect, from super fine espresso to coarse filter coffee.

Unibody construction for maximum stability

The unibody construction made of solid steel is manufactured using techniques usually reserved for high-performance motors. The result is an extremely stable housing with maximum efficiency in the drive system – robust, precise, and durable.
