The Comandante C40 LAB Series Tigershark is the next stage in the evolution of precise hand grinders and is aimed at all who wish to discover the full flavour potential of their coffee. At its heart is the innovative COMANDANTE TIGERSHARK® Burr Set – a conical high-performance grinding mechanism, developed at the renowned Bavarian Burr Lab in Germany.
While conventional grinding mechanisms are often treated like standard parts, Comandante relies on true engineering craftsmanship. The unique Tigershark geometry with Double Shark Tips creates a double cutting effect that effortlessly processes even dense, lightly roasted specialty coffees. At the same time, the grinding mechanism is also suitable for less brittle materials such as grains for porridge or flatbreads.
The result: extreme precision, excellent consistency, and a significantly expanded aromatic range. The uncoated, ultra-sharp cutting profile as well as the exceptional toughness and edge retention of the special steel used guarantee a lifetime of performance.

It is also helpful to know how long the heating time should be. We are happy to assist you in making your selection!

Our in-house repair shop for espresso machines and coffee grinders is run by an experienced technician. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including maintenance, servicing, and repairs. Even if you did not purchase your machine or grinder from us, feel free to contact us. We repair practically all common brands. Our workshop is located directly in our store, so don't hesitate to let us handle your concerns. We will take care of it so you can soon enjoy your perfect coffee again!
