THE PADDLE
By rotating the mechanical paddle attached to the brew group, the water flow in the brew group can be regulated, and the brew pressure can be optimally controlled at each stage of extraction. By adjusting the brew pressure, you can brew the best espresso from any coffee.
Individually removable water container makes it flexible
The water tank of the BIANCA is mounted externally to prevent the heating of the water and thus maintain high water quality. The tank can be placed either behind the machine. When used in the direct water mode, the tank can also be completely removed, saving a lot of space. The original Lelit filter can also ensure lime-free water in the tank.
Every espresso shot is different thanks to the manual pressure profile system.
With the individual brewing curve setting (Pressure-Profile), you can come up with as many variations as you like to brew your coffee. Whether with pre-infusion, where the coffee grounds are briefly moistened and allowed to bloom, or with a brewing curve that you flatten after 15 seconds to avoid over-extraction - you have all the options. This way, you can create countless variations from the same coffee. Whether typically Italian or trendy fruity.
LCC display with many adjustment options
On the visually appealing and discreet LCC display, you can make many settings. In addition to the PID control, you can fix and change pre-infusion time intervals or set the standby times. In standby mode, the machine reduces the boiler temperature to 70°C and maintains cup warming. With this temperature maintenance, you can return to full operational mode in just 10 minutes.
2 boilers with 1400 watts each
Lelit has designed it so that the two heaters, each with 1400 watts, do not run in parallel but are always electronically controlled to operate only one at a time. This does extend the heating time somewhat, but it protects your maximum power load at home. For some old apartments, etc., it may be important to know that the machine only draws a maximum of 1400 watts.
